the staff accommodated my early check-in without hesitation. sonu and anjali were friendly. they were great. their genuine hospitality made a huge difference.
the shower was antiquated and it dripped. the large soap dispensers.

The breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted great.
The hotel felt dated and is in need of an upgrade. The water in the room was only tepid. That was disappointing (certainly not what one expects from a hotel like this).

I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and immaculate. the bed felt comfortable, and the linen was high standard. the view from my window offered a beach and pool view on one side. the bathroom was super clean. It included high-quality toiletries.

The housekeeping was wonderful. Lalit kept my room super clean and created fun pillow art for the kids. Shameer and Salmaan, offered a warm welcome. I found the food at all the on-site restaurants to be Very good!!!
My room's canal view was partially obstructed. I mainly saw the pool with a sliver of the canal. Jet skis created some noise during the day.

the pool staff were very good and the hotel is very clean.
i booked a three-night stay thinking it would be great, but it turned into a disaster. we waited over 20 minutes at check-in. our room was not ready, even with advance notice, so we had to feed our three-year-old in the lobby (not ideal). the birthday setup was only five balloons stuck to the ceiling.

the staff was super friendly! they were very helpful. the rooms were so quiet which i really liked. buffet breakfast was amazing!!! there were so many options, and everything was tasty.
I hardly ever write negative reviews, but i was really let down. furniture in the villa was bruised, and lamps were scuffed. the air conditioning leaked all the time, difficult to relax. also, ants were all over the place. Housekeeping had to come in.

The breakfast was delicious. It had every option imaginable! The staff was great. They knew my name and preferences. The kidsclub kept my son entertained. The mosque was very close by. It made morning prayers easy.
The music from other hotels could be heard in the evening, it was distracting.
