I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi for a few days, and while the hotel itself is stunning and the staff were generally friendly, there were quite a few disappointments. The poolside service left a lot to be desired, and I unfortunately had issues with the kids club not meeting our expectations. The dining options were okay, but we had some trouble with billing. Overall, I had a lovely time but I feel it could have been better.
