I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi for a few days, and while the hotel itself is stunning and the staff were generally friendly, there were quite a few disappointments. The poolside service left a lot to be desired, and I unfortunately had issues with the kids club not meeting our expectations. The dining options were okay, but we had some trouble with billing. Overall, I had a lovely time but I feel it could have been better.

I had a fantastic nine-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal! The staff, from the moment I arrived until check-out, provided excellent service that exceeded my expectations. My room, a lovely Garden Suite, was clean, quiet, and perfectly maintained. However, the only downside was a minor issue with meal charges, which was resolved promptly. Overall, it was a nice holiday, and I can't wait to return! 🌟
